Exotic Engineered Flooring is the result of extensive research and development to cope with the problems of wood expansion and shrinkage. It is made of 7 layer hardwood coreboard with the face layer being veneer selected from the best species available around the world. Each layer is bonded by a special type of waterproof glue. The surface is covered with a UV aluminium oxide coating that makes it long-lasting as well as gives an elegant look to it.
